  • Publicly available docket entries from eCourt Kokua
  • Calculated deadlines based on HRCP rules

Usage Data

  • Log data (IP address, browser type, access times)
  • Feature usage patterns

  • To search eCourt Kokua for your active cases

4. Attorney-Client Privilege Notice

CourtWatch Hawaii only accesses publicly available court records from eCourt Kokua. We do not access, store, or process any attorney-client privileged communications, work product, or confidential case strategy information. The case data we collect (case numbers, docket entries, hearing dates) is public record.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in these cases:

  • Service Providers: Email delivery services (for sending reminders)
  • Legal Compliance: When required by law, court order, or government request
