Your use of CourtWatch Hawaii does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and CourtWatch Hawaii, Patrick Astoul, or any affiliated entity. The Service is a technology platform, not a legal service provider.

3. Attorney Review Required

ALL deadlines, court dates, and filing requirements provided by CourtWatch Hawaii MUST be independently verified by a licensed attorney through official court records. The Service is intended as an aid, not a replacement for due diligence.

4. No Guarantee of Accuracy

CourtWatch Hawaii relies on publicly available data from the Hawaii State Judiciary's eCourt Kokua system. We make no representations or warranties regarding:

• The completeness or accuracy of court data
• The correctness of calculated deadlines
• The timeliness of deadline reminders
• The availability of the eCourt Kokua data source
• Whether deadline calculations account for local court rules, standing orders, or judge-specific requirements

5. HRCP Deadline Calculations

Deadline calculations are based on general Hawaii Rules of Civil Procedure (HRCP). These calculations may NOT account for:

• Standing orders issued by specific judges
• Local court rules that modify standard deadlines
• Case-specific scheduling orders
• Hawaii state holidays
• Extensions granted by the court
• Changes to HRCP rules after our last update

6. Professional Responsibility

As a licensed attorney, you are solely responsible for meeting all court deadlines and filing requirements. Reliance on CourtWatch Hawaii does not excuse or mitigate any failure to meet professional obligations, including but not limited to:

• Hawaii Rules of Professional Conduct
• Court-imposed deadlines and orders
• Filing requirements under applicable rules
• Client communication obligations

7. Limitation of Liability

COURTWATCH HAWAII, ITS OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM:

• Missed court deadlines or filing dates
• Incorrect deadline calculations
• Failure to deliver reminder notifications
• Inaccurate or incomplete court data
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Malpractice claims or disciplinary proceedings
• Loss of clients, reputation, or income

8. Service Availability

CourtWatch Hawaii depends on the availability of the eCourt Kokua system, which has limited operating hours (Mon-Sat 4am-midnight HST, Sunday noon-midnight HST). We cannot guarantee service availability during eCourt maintenance or outages.
